Edit: Found solution. You need to restart your laptop, hold f2, and get on bios. Go to the wireless section and on both of the the options there, uncheck bluetooth and click apply. Then check them again and click apply. Exit and if you turn in back on, you'll find the option to turn on your bluetooth. Credit goes to /u/xHiredGun
