I am printing to pdf in Windows 7. Lately, my documents rotate when printing. I would suggest you to follow the below methods:

Method 1: Please check if printer is set as default for Adobe acrobat

Method 2: Try uninstalling and reinstalling the adobe acrobat.

Start->Control Panel->Programs and Features

Then selecting Adobe Reader, clicking on Uninstall button and flowing the prompts and Reinstall it.

If the issue still persist please contact Adobe support. Since the issue is specific to that application.
